Michael Dodge, CEO, brings over 25 years of experience in the life sciences, working alongside lab managers, researchers, and procurement teams across the U.S. and Europe. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to building long-term partnerships, Michael is someone people trust.
He’s always looking on the bright side — and when challenges arise, you’ll often find him laughing, not out of frustration, but because he knows it’s just a matter of time before he finds a way to turn things around. That optimism and resilience drive the spirit of Dodge Scientific.
Gwynneth Dodge, Director of Operations and Marketing, brings a global background in public relations, branding, and strategy. Her career began with Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group and has since spanned leadership roles in both the U.K. and U.S. life science sectors.

We also partner directly with the original manufacturer of Drosophila research products, bringing labs the most reliable, authentic fly vials, bottles, and accessories available. These products are made in the U.S., not overseas copies, ensuring consistency, performance, and cost-effectiveness without tariff issues.
